Hi, I’m Lisa .

I am an experienced Personal Trainer, Women’s Wellness Practitioner, Integrative Health Coach, and founder of Inherflo.

Lisa Stonnel

With over 15 years of experience supporting women, I have worked through 1:1 mentorship, personal training, and group coaching, helping women build strength, resilience, and develop a deeper connection with their bodies.

For years, I lived in a cycle of overtraining and under-fueling, believing that pushing harder was the answer. I ignored the signals my body was desperately trying to send me.

Eventually, my body forced
me to stop.

I lost my menstrual cycle for over a year, my energy was completely depleted, and I found myself struggling with unhealthy coping mechanisms and substance addiction.

This experience became a turning point that completely changed the way I approach women’s health, training, and wellbeing.

Today, my work is focused on helping women understand their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and work with their hormones rather than against them.

I’m passionate about creating community and connection. Empowering women to understand their bodies, honor their cycles, and live in a way that feels energizing, balanced, and sustainable.
