This two day retreat is set at the stunning Sanctuary Hill on Veal Road in New Plymouth. Surrounded by nature & rolling green hills the environment will offer you a chance to ‘check out’ from life & ‘check in' with yourself.. 

We will be diving into the energetic, emotional and hormonal shifts that take place within each phase of your cycle. Educating you on how to truely harvest your InHer Wisdom.

What to expect.

Masterclasses.

Over the two days we will be exploring each phase of our cycle diving deeper into the emotional, energetic and hormonal shifts that take place. Reconnecting with ourselves and our cyclical nature. Each workshop will offer in depth information and teachings to allow each woman to really understand and reconnect to her inner wisdom.

Within each session there will be aligned creative exercises, rituals and time to reflect and share.  These workshops are designed to expand your knowledge and allow growth and transformation. 

Yoga:

Led by an expert instructor in a serene setting, it’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered. These classes will incorporate standing postures and seated releases. Vinyasa means to 'flow with breath' and is a more fluid style of practice. Expect to move through a sequence to progressively strengthen and open your body, often in preparation for a peak posture.  This practice will be a beautiful flow for all levels, specifically designed to cater for all students, regardless of ability or experience with Yoga.

Breathwork:

Breathwork is a revolutionary global movement, bringing a fusion of Breath techniques, hypnosis, and various sounds and vibrations to tap into the power of your subconscious mind. The goal is to create a safe environment, for you to feel held, to be seen, and for you to feel heard.  This is a space held by the feminine and masculine energy to guide you to release any emotions or traumas and change how your brain thinks and reacts. Breathwork aims to deeply heal and transform you, offering a strong alternative to traditional therapy for those looking to make significant life changes.

Your Guide: 

Lisa is a fierce advocate for women’s health and wellness. Starting her career in her early twenties as a qualified personal trainer, she has spent the past thirteen years helping individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their health and fitness goals. Lisa continues to future her education and is also a certified integrative nutrition coach, a reformer Pilates instructor and a menstrual health coach.

In the last five years Lisa has shifted her focus, she now has a deep passion empowering and educating women around their menstrual cycle and helping them create a balance cyclical way of living. Educating them and inspiring them to live a more aligned life based around the ebbs and flows of their menstrual cycle.

Meals:

With all of your meals included on retreat, no one is going to go hungry.  We’ve worked alongside the chefs at Wild Pear to design a menu that is packed full of nutritious plant based meals. All meals are vegan, gluten free and made with beautiful organic produce. Every meal will nourish the body and soul and leave you feeling energised. 

Accomodation:

There will be shared accommodation with two or three guests per room. The maximum number for this retreat is 14 people. The rooms are modern and equipped with 100% cotton linen and towels. All guests are welcome to unwind relax, read a book or journal in the common spaces, enjoy some time in the exploring the property with nature walks or a dip in the spa pool under the stars. 

Transportation:

Sanctuary Hill is located 20minutes from New Plymouth airport. Transportation can be organised upon request.
